EXCHANGE POLICY
In most cases, we only accept Exchanges or Store Credit. Partial Refunds on all glasses *excluding Custom Glasses* are considered under “special conditions”. In any case, exchange, store credit & Partial Refunds need to be discussed directly with Dubkitty through email (dubkitty.designs@gmail.com) before considering return shipping. “Special conditions” are when item(s) are 1. UNWORN are 2. FLAWED by design (i.e. broken in transport). To be considered for an Exchange, Store Credit or Partial Refund, the Customer has 3 business days to email Dubkitty (dubkitty.designs@gmail.com) and ship the item(s) back to Dubkitty Designs at Customer’s expense.
